I authorize Teams N Action inc, Sports Photography unlimited permission to license, use and to create images for promotional material, online usage, and other areas of marketability at any time, in any country, in any media, for any purpose. Permissible uses may include, but are not limited to, personal and commercial use, competition, promotion, marketing, product packaging, editorial work, trade, exhibition, and combined with graphics, texts or pictures for promotional purposes.
I further, authorize the distribution of photographs to potential clients of Teams N Action inc, Sports Photography for portfolio purposes. I also consent to the use of my own name or any fictitious name, which may be chosen in connection with the aforesaid photographs. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the photographs or any advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
2. Ownership and Compensation
I acknowledge that I will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing and that Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography of such photos and video exclusively owns all rights. I also acknowledge that this agreement does not release copyright ownership from Photographer to Client.
3. Future Claims
I hereby waive all rights and release Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography or their agents for any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy or personality or any similar matter based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the photos. I hereby release any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use of my photographs and name and the reproduction thereof as aforesaid. My signature also agrees that I agree to indemnify Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography or theirr assigns for attorney fees and expenses if any suits brought challenging the enforcement of this agreement.
4. Safe Work environment and Cooperation of Client and Guests
Client agrees to undertake the best efforts to ensure that guests and attendees at the photographic event treat Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography and the Photographer’s staff with respect and dignity and that Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography is provided with a safe working environment. Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography retains the right to cancel the remainder of any photography session in the event guests and/or attendees of the photographic event commit any instances of sexual harassment, violence, threats, or other similar behavior that would lead a reasonable person to feel unsafe in such an environment. In the event of such cancellation shall not be entitled to any refund.
Cooperation of Client and Guests.
Client will cooperate with Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography and defer to Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography professional judgment related to setting, poses, picture grouping, and other matters of artistic discretion. Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography retains the absolute right to refuse to photograph any situation, pose, or grouping that would interfere with Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography artistic discretion. and will utilize best efforts to ensure that guests and attendees cooperate with Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography.
Miscellany
I agree that this model release contract is binding upon myself, heirs, successors and assigns as well. This release is irrevocable and enforceable worldwide. Any disputes arising related to this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia
I agree that I have read and understood the contents hereof, and that I have the right and authority to execute this release. I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen-years of age and have full and appropriate legal capacity to execute this release.
I give Teams N Action Inc, Sports Photography permission with respect to photograph the minor(s) described herein. I warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have full right and authority to grant this consent on behalf of such minor.
